The hotel boasts an exclusive venue designed for conferences, banquet lunches or dinners and other special occasions. The boardroom seats up to 12 delegates and offers an inviting meeting space with fantastic views and a private balcony.

The well-appointed conference room divides into two smaller venues and can cater for groups of 10 to 70 people. The venue and facilities are of the highest standards and includes an overhead projector, AV and sound equipment as well as dedicated high speed Wi-Fi internet access, block out curtaining, padded chairs and air-conditioning. The large stacking doors open to the pool deck and private balcony for less formal occasions.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Rates are quoted per person

  • Rates are inclusive of VAT at 15%

  • Beverages charged on consumption

  • Rates are 10% Commissionable to PCO’s

  • Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment and signed contract

  • Parking is limited – Extra parking is arranged for large functions

  • Soft drinks are charged @ R45.00 per person per drink

  • Bottled water is charged @ R40.00 per person per bottle

  • Dessert Surcharge @ R70.00 per person
